Since 1961, LeadingAge® California has been the state's leading advocate for high-quality, nonprofit senior living and care. Representing more than 800 member organizations and individuals who serve the needs of older adults, members span the full continuum of senior living and care – including affordable housing, life plan communities, assisted living, skilled nursing, home- and community-based care, hospice, business partners, health plan providers, senior centers and teaching facilities.

Our Members are the catalyst for innovation and creative approaches and inspire, serve and advocate on behalf of today's older adults and for the future of services and support.

Our national partner, LeadingAge, is an association of 6,000 nonprofit organizations dedicated to expanding the world of possibilities for aging. Together, we advance policies, promote practices and conduct research that supports, enables and empowers people to live fully as they age."
